Location great, room facilities, not so great.
Location was great!
To have paid over $900 for a few nights stay and have lukewarm/cold showers every night and a dryer that didn’t work was super disappointing. Having spoken to staff, the only reply we got was ‘nobody else has complained about this before’.

Okay.
The location was very central. And we had an okay view for what it was.
The room was very bare. The bathrooms were not the best. The layout was really odd and there was a lot of old staining at the base of the shower

Reception staff are always nice and very professional,
There is no air conditioning units in the bedroom, so it can be hot at night, also, one of the lifts has been out of order for a long time so you end up waiting for long periods downstairs and a lot of people turn up and wait with you ending up with a jam packed lift!
